Piece of Cake Bakery, LLC is a woman-owned licensed home bakery in Springfield, IL. My home bakery offers cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and cookies.

NOTE - I will have limited order slots available during this summer. I work a full-time job on top of my bakery and this summer I will be going through a lengthy certification course. Please feel free to reach out with any order requests, just understand that my availability may be limited. I also likely will not be able to fulfill very many last-minute orders so if you can give me a week or two’s notice, that will be helpful. Thank you!

I go the extra step, from using brown butter and fresh toasted nuts, to making homemade salted caramel sauce, to roasting strawberries to add a boost of flavor to strawberry cake.
