Frosting Options
1) Chose from one of three types of frosting:
Swiss Meringue buttercream - my signature frosting! Sweet, silky, light frosting made from meringue powder, sugar, and butter. If you prefer a whipped cream frosting, you will love Swiss Meringue buttercream!
American buttercream - creamy rich frosting made from powdered sugar and butter
Cream cheese frosting - rich, tangy frosting made from cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar (not shelf stable - cake must be stored in the fridge)
2) Choose a frosting flavor
- vanilla - chocolate
- salted caramel - almond
- citrus - peach
- brown butter - strawberry
3) Add an optional filling: ganache, citrus curd (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit) berry compote.
